Have you ever felt the need to change just to be accepted? Believed you don’t deserve love or praise? Told yourself to do more, be better—only to be left with guilt and shame?
We have.
As women, mothers, entrepreneurs, so often we’ve felt judged, especially by the least forgiving critic of all: ourselves. Measuring our worth against impossible standards, comparing ourselves to those who seem to do more, handle it better, push harder, sleep less, and look perfect while doing it. Living with the very real anxiety that no matter how much we give, it will never be enough. We will never be enough.
Until one day, we just couldn’t take it anymore. We needed a new framework. And that’s why we created Limitful.
Limitful is a metaphorical big breath out.
A mantra for those moments when anxiety and guilt take over—to pause and remember that we are whole as we are. To welcome our self-defined flaws and weaknesses as part of what makes us uniquely us. To embrace every part of ourselves with love.
Limitful is a movement to reframe how we see our limits and embrace the power of self-acceptance. To stand fully in who we are, unapologetically. To empower ourselves and others to live authentically, boldly, and limitfully.
We hope you’ll join us.
